Dr. K
Originally raised in Raleigh, NC, Dr. K is a board certified nonsurgical orthopedic/ sports medicine physician and advanced regenerative specialist who received his medical residency training at Duke Medical Center. During his fellowship training at Duke Sports Medicine, Dr. K received special instruction in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound – a unique, state-of-the-art technology in the orthopedic field. While completing training in Primary Care Sports Medicine, Dr. K served as an assistant team physician for Duke Football, Basketball, and Lacrosse, as well as assisting with Elon University Football. He has also volunteered with local endurance races such as the Raleigh 70.3, and Rock and Roll Marathon, and has been an assistant professor with Campbell University’s School of Osteopathic Medicine.
