Crystal Casto is a North Carolina licensed and board certified Athletic Trainer. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Barton College, she completed a year-long fellowship with The Galland Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Athletic Training Residency. Crystal has years of experience covering many on-field events ranging from youth soccer camp to the Collegiate National Rugby 7s Championship. While her degree has prepared her for emergency action at sporting events, her residency molded her to be a versatile asset in an orthopedic clinic. In addition to being educated on the recognition, prevention, and treatment of many orthopedic injuries, she is proficient in creating and implementing home exercise programs, fitting DME products, and applying kinesiotape.
